OC Mom looking to be a Mom again

I am a foster licensed home and am looking to adopt my second child. My first experience was "storybook material" my wait was less than 4 months and my child could not have been any more perfect. He was everything I asked for and then some.

It's now 7 years later and we are ready to take the leap of faith again. We were certified back in October, and we are patiently waiting. This time around we are asking for a baby girl. This was my first time on the website tonight, and I noticed that there were 5 boys under the age of 3, is it common to see more boys than girls. And how long is the wait these days in comparison to 7 years past.
